What is included at The Gladys?

What about our fur babies?
Sorry, no pets are allowed. It is not a pet friendly house, the property is not fully fenced and we have various native and non-native animals visiting the property and the farm next door that we need to protect, making it not suitable for your dog, cat, lizard or rat (or other non rhyming animals). Exceptions apply for Guide Dogs, please get in contact to discuss.

What is the minimum length stay
The Gladys has a 2-night minimum stay.
Is firewood supplied?
Yes, firewood, kindling and firelighters are provided for use during your stay. Please note that the outside fire pit can not be used during fire ban season and must not be left unattended when lit.
What do I need to bring?
The Gladys is a boutique accommodation, so includes everything you would expect in a hotel. Other inclusions are shown on the Stay page including breakfast provisions.

Bring what you would normally need to stay at a hotel, you may want to think about bringing a pair of walking boots and a coat and get out and explore the hills.
How do I get there?
Driving: The easiest and prettiest way to get here from the city is to drive up Greenhill Road, go through Uraidla and then turn right on Rangeview Drive, we are only 190m from the corner. Alternatively you can take the Freeway, use your GPS to get the best route on the day.

By Bus: You can catch the bus too, taking Route 821 or 822 and getting off at stop 25 or 26. Although possible it is not the most practical way to access the property.
